Invoice Policy & Procedures
6Twelve Marketing & Media Solutions and its entities,reserves the right to accept or reject any services at our discretion. The liability for any error shall not exceed the cost of the product purchased. All services are accepted on the representation that the client and/or client agency are properly authorized to render the entire contents and subject matter thereof.
It is understood that the client and/or client agency will indemnify and hold 6Twelve Marketing & Media Solutions harmless from and against any loss, expense or other liability resulting from any claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement and any other claims or suits that may arise out of the request/publication of such services.
Clients will not use the name of 6Twelve Marketing & Media Solutions in promotions or advertisements except with the express written permission of 6Twelve Marketing & Media Solutions for each use.
Deposits are NonRefundable
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY Services that has started on a project.
If you secure a service and choose to cancel for any reasons you will forfeit your deposit amount.
No services will be provided outside of normal business hours without prior approval.
PAYMENT TERMS
•FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE final projects/services are delivered to client or if under $500 project is IN PRODUCTION OR DESIGN.
•PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS are PAID TO SECURE SERVICE Time SLOTS.
•Late Fee of $75 will apply to all invoices that are past 3 day grace period.
•ALL invoices are due 1st or 15th depending on selection upon contract signing.
•Upon submission of a project requirements or website checklist requirements payment must be made in full no exceptions.
•The following Payments are accepted: Visa, MC, Discover and American Express including
Pay-Pal using email: 6TwelveMarketingandMedia@gmail.com
CANCELLATIONS
All services/are non-cancelled. If applicable, clients will be refunded total cost of services rendered less fees when services are canceled by management/authorized personnel.
If you have booked a service and missed your timeslot you will forfeit any monies paid toward service if not rescheduled within 24/48 hrs with in a 30-60 day booking window. This includes photoshoots any services provided by 6Twelve Marketing & Media Solutions.
